Refund & Returns Policy

We aim to offer a clear and fair refund policy for all clients and customers.

Digital Products (Ebooks, PDFs, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final.
Because downloads cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds on digital items.

If you have trouble accessing your download, please contact us and we will resend the link.

Webinars, Workshops & Online Events

Webinar bookings are refundable up to 48 hours before the event.

Within 48 hours, refunds are not possible due to preparation and admin costs.

If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

Therapy Appointments

Therapy bookings follow our standard cancellation policy:

• Cancellations with at least 24–48 hours’ notice (depending on the practitioner) will not be charged.
• Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice may be charged in full.

This aligns with the policy used in our Ovatu booking system.
