Bookings & Services
Bookings are handled through our external system (Ovatu). By booking, you agree to our cancellation policy:
- Therapy sessions follow the existing cancellation policy (typically 24–48 hours’ notice unless otherwise stated).
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may still be charged.
Digital Products
Digital products (ebooks, downloads, resources) are for personal use only. They may not be shared or resold.

We are not responsible for:
